Live Better are celebrating the fine art of upcycling, and we'd like you to share your pictures of things you've upcycled or found an innovative way to reuse.

Whether you've turned shrunken jumpers into cushions, or shoes into flowerpots, fashioned empty bottles into tumblers or old tin cans into candle holders, we want to hear all about it.

Share a picture of your upcycled object or innovation, with a line explaining what it is and how you did it.

We're giving the winner a fantastic Panasonic Lumix TZ40, one of the popular compact cameras available. Three runners up will win copies of Perri Lewis's book Material World: The Modern Craft Bible.
We've got a panel of judges with tonnes of upcycling experience;
  • Bebe Bradley is editor of UK Handmade magazine, a gorgeous magazine all about the joy of 'handmade', right at the centre of the UK's creative handmade community. @ukhandmade
