Open House and Christmas jazz!
It is a busy time of year for all those who create, make and sell their crafts.
My little helper has been the official quality control officer on the making front, I think she has been feeling a little unloved due to my increase in work load!
As some of you are probably already aware I exhibit in the Brighton Open Houses and we always open early and independently for the Christmas season, hence the extra work load!
There are the school fairs too as well as the workshops!
These Robin and Christmas Puds are going really well, I'm off to make some more this afternoon!
....as are the personalised needle felted baubles!
Of course Christmas started a lot earlier for me, September was a bumper making session for the fab Making Magazine Christmas edition!
I made 4 wonderful projects for the magazine which you can get in the shop now!!!!
The team have worked really hard on this edition, filled with over 50 projects all on Christmas!
So I was already in the spirit, I will even confess to singing a few Christmas Carols as I made the pieces....
I loved making these tassel's, some gorgeous colours and lovely beads!
The great thing is I get to keep the bits I've made so now the house is dressed for Christmas!!!!
The Open House has been up and running already for 2 weekends, so if you want to get some gorgeous gifts for loved ones or want to buy that one off piece of art, pop by.....
..... where you will be greeted with carols and mulled wine....
...and leave happy knowing you have done some early unique Christmas shopping!
