Needle felted Snowdrop brooch Instagram GIVEAWAY!
Over the past few weeks I've been playing around with needle felting some snowdrops (Galanthus), they are a lot more interesting than you think. Who would have thought that the inner tepals could vary so much in its distinct green markings!
I decided to make a couple of small brooches to adorn those winter coats, with all this grey gloomy weather I think you can say they will cheer up anyone that passes by.
Ive used some of Jane Means beautiful soft pastel ribbons, so much choice it was quite hard to decide which one, plain, dotty, stitched or gingham?
These gingham ribbons come in Sage, Grey or Pink in various lengths and widths, so due to the delicate nature of the snowdrops I went with the 7mm gingham in Sage, it sets off perfectly the tone I was after without stealing the limelight from the flowers.
So Ive decided to give you a little Spring time cheer by having a little giveaway via my Instagram.
If you would like to win this Snowdrop Brooch all you need to do is....
1. Go to my Instagram feed
2. Like the photo, tag a friend or leave a comment
3. Then finally follow me on Instagram
I will leave it open till February 14th 9pm UK time!
***EDIT***
Ive realised that many people don't necessarily have an Instagram account so I have opened up the giveaway here too, so for an alternative chance to win the snowdrop brooch the please leave a comment below!
